To obtain estimates from each sub-committee and prepare the consolidated estimate and place before the Executive Committee for budget sanction
To collect fund from different sources including advertisement in Souvenir, Advertisement in Venue, donation etc.
To finalise the advertisement rate in the Souvenir
Registration and collection of Contribution (for Alumni Meet) from members during the Alumni Meet
To prepare the Receipt Expenditure statement of the 1st Grand Alumni Meet after the meet is over and place it before the Executive Committee.

To explore and finalise the venue for the 1st Grand Alumni Meet in consultation with the Executive Committee.
To make all the arrangements in the venue/ auditorium including stage, sitting arrangements, backdrop, light, sound etc.
To work in close coordination with the Cultural Sub Committee
To make arrangements for felicitation of Retired Teachers and other invited dignitaries etc.
To prepare the estimate on the basis of rates provided by service provider and submit to the Finance Sub Committee

To finalise the programme of the 1st Alumni Grand Meet including one day In-house programme (by members) and by Guest Artist.
To select the Master of Ceremony
To work in close coordination with the Venue Sub Committee
To prepare the estimate on the basis of rates provided by service provider and submit to the Finance Sub Committee

To finalise the menu and make necessary arrangements for Lunch, Dinner, Tea/ Coffee, Snacks etc during the 1st Grand Alumni Meet
To work in close coordination with the Venue & Auditorium/ Stage Sub Committee
To prepare the estimate on the basis of rates provided by service provider and submit to the Finance Sub Committee

To coordinate with Print and electronic media and to ensure as much coverage in the media
To prepare the estimate on the basis of rates provided by service provider and submit to the Finance Sub Committee

To finalise the list of Retired Teachers who are to be facilitated and to invite them
To finalise the list of Dignataries and to invite them
To prepare the estimate on the basis of rates provided by service provider and submit to the Finance Sub Committee

To work out the requirement of vehicles after consultation with each sub-committee
To make arrangement for dropping (preferably by bus) on the days of Grand Alumni Meet, if required

To collect creative works including stories, poems, articles, drama, painting, photographs etc from the Alumni and to publish the souvenir. The souvenir is to be launched on the days of Grand Alumni Meet itself
To collect the materials of advertisement from Finance Sub Committee and publish them in the souvenir
To collect messages from retired teachers, Present Principal and other dignitaries and publish them in the Souvenir
To prepare the estimate on the basis of rates provided by service provider and submit to the Finance Sub Committee

To make arrangement for medical camp at the venue during the event
